Council of Prison Locals "33"

      The Council E-Board has invited A.F.G.E. to oversee the national
elections at the convention. As you are aware, there are STRICT guidelines
that the representatives from A.F.G.E. will be using to determine whether
your local has properly submitted it's credentials for delegates and
alternates. When submitting your credential forms to Ron Rubottom, MAKE SURE
that the following information is included with your credential forms and
registration check:

        1. A copy of your local by-laws

        2. The notice of election that was posted for members
           notifying them of the local's nomination and election of
           delegates and alternates.

        3. A copy of the minutes to the election meeting or a tally of
           the vote from the election

If you do not include these REQUIRED documents, you will NOT be eligible to
be certified by A.F.G.E. to vote in the election.
PLEASE make certain that you submit these documents along with your
credential forms and registration checks.
